THE PUMPOPOLITAN

A twist on the traditional Cosmo, this is such an easy cocktail to make. With a little more of a tang (thanks Grapefruit Vodka!) and flavors that are fantastic for Spring, this is one of our favorites from Pump Restaurant. Literally throw everything into a shaker, ice it all up and you have this gorgeous, beautifully colored cocktail in no time!

INGREDIENTS

2 oz Grapefruit Vodka

½ oz Triple Sec

¾ oz fresh lime juice

½ oz simple syrup

Splash cranberry juice

Ice

PREPARATION

1. Add the ingredients to a shaker 3/4 filled with ice.

2. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.

3. Strain into a martini glass.
