SMOKED SALMON BLINIS WITH CAVIAR
These little hors d’oeuvres are a classic - they’re delicious, decadent and delightfully easy to make! They’re also just as fabulous with thinly diced chives on the top, if you don’t feel like splurging on the caviar - alternating is also an easy way to make a larger quantity, and it looks great!
1 package mini Blinis (available at most cheese stores or specialty food stores)
1 package Smoked Salmon or Lox, sliced into 1-inch size pieces
1 small container of Crème Fraîche
1 package caviar (any type!)
1. Lay out your blinis on a serving tray.
2. Top each blini with a piece or two of smoked salmon.
3. Top each piece of salmon with a small teaspoon of the crème fraîche.
4. On the remaining blinis, top with a small spoonful of caviar.
