If you’re like us and you like your Rosé all day every day, you may find yourself looking for other ways to drink it! There’s nothing better in the summer than an evening spent reminiscing with friends over a few margaritas… and when they are made with Rosé they’re even better! Enjoy this delicious frothy pink, tangy cocktail every night this summer – you’ll thank us!
2 oz Blanco Tequila
2 oz Vanderpump Rosé
1 ½ oz Triple Sec
3 small limes, sliced into rounds (reserve 3 slices for garnish)
3-4 strawberries, sliced into rounds (reserve 3 slices for garnish)
2 oz Strawberry Rosé Simple Syrup
Crushed Pink Himalayan Salt
STRAWBERRY ROSÉ SIMPLE SYRUP
½ cup Vanderpump Rosé
½ cup diced or blended strawberries (blend or dice them before measuring)
1 cup white sugar
Combine all ingredients into a small saucepan and bring slowly up to a simmer. Before the mixture boils, reduce heat to a low-medium simmer for 5-10 minutes, stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves. Strain into a jar and let cool.
1. Wipe one of the lime rounds around the edge of the rocks glass. Roll the edge of the glass through the pink salt.
2. Add the strawberries to a shaker with 2 oz of the Strawberry Rosé Simple Syrup and the limes. Muddle vigorously.
3. Add the tequila, the triple sec, the rosé to the shaker and top with ice.
5. Pour the cocktail into the rocks glass and garnish with the reserved slices of strawberry and lime.
